About Our Services
These services support youth in developing practical, real-world skills needed to navigate hiring processes, workplace expectations, and early employment experiences. Instruction emphasizes hands-on learning, age-appropriate content, and real-life application. Services may be delivered individually or in group settings, depending on client needs.

Career Readiness Coaching
Build a professional resume, practice mock interviews, and guidance on professional self-presentation. Includes a resume template, interview prep, and take-home career checklist.

Workplace Essentials Training
Completing employment forms ( I-9, W-4, and job applications). Understanding paychecks, taxes, and deductions. Navigating onboarding documents and employer expectations.

Financial Literacy for Young Adults
Budgeting first paychecks.Saving strategies and responsible spending. Introductory credit education. Budget templates and money management workbook.

Entrepreneurship Basics
Introduction to small business and side-hustle concepts. Pricing, marketing, and basic business planning. Mini business plan exercise.

These services are designed for schools, nonprofits, and workforce organizations seeking group-based youth workforce readiness support. Instruction is delivered in an interactive group format with age-appropriate facilitation and real-world examples.

Workforce Readiness Intensive
(Up to 15 Participants)
A comprehensive overview session covering all core readiness areas in one experience.
Career readiness & hiring expectations. Workplace professionalism & essential soft skills. Financial literacy basics for young adults. Entrepreneurship mindset & problem-solving. Skills-based hiring overview with scenario-based activities. Age-appropriate delivery. Facilitated Q&A.

Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis and may be delivered in person or virtually. We are available to contract with schools, nonprofit organizations, workforce development agencies, and public or quasi-public entities seeking youth workforce readiness and employability skill support.
Not all students are able to cover the cost of workforce readiness services out of pocket. Through the Sponsor a Student initiative, individuals and organizations may cover the cost of services on behalf of a student, allowing the student to participate at no cost to them.
Inclusive Sponsorship Model
$50 – Sponsor One Student for a single Real World Readiness workshop
$200 – Sponsor One Student for the full four-session Real World Readiness workshop series
$750 – Classroom Sponsor supports up to 15 students for one group workshop session and includes sponsor recognition on select materials and events

By covering the cost of services, sponsors remove financial barriers and enable students to access practical tools that support confidence, workplace readiness, and informed career decision-making.
Sponsorship funds are applied directly to the cost of delivering workforce readiness services and instructional materials for participating students. Sponsored students do not pay out of pocket for covered services.
Sponsorships are not donations for charitable purposes unless otherwise arranged through a nonprofit partner. Funds are used solely to offset service delivery costs and may be administered directly or through partner organizations.
